Silly Socks Day:
World Down Syndrome Day is Monday, March 21st. Elwood is having a corporation-wide dress up day! Everyone is being asked to wear “Silly Socks” to help spread awareness for Elwood's own Brakayla, Ezra, Benny, Marley, Camilla, and the many others who are blessed with Down Syndrome! We will see you Monday in your SILLY SOCKS!
PRESCHOOL FREE FUNDING FOR FOURS:
ATTENTION PARENTS OF FOUR-YEAR-OLDS: If your child will be four by August 1st, come to the school office ANYTIME TO GET SUPPORT SIGNING UP FOR ON MY WAY PRE-K FREE FUNDING and for next year's classes! See the flier below!
PRESCHOOL/DAYCARE PARENTS:
March 31st will be the last day you can sign up to get up to 80% of your bill paid for you! Come see us for help! Everyone can get at least 20%! They will pay this amount through June 30th and then this willl be gone! Take advantage of it while you can!
Spring Break Reading Challenge:
Start gathering some books for the Spring Break Reading Challenge Mrs. Haas sponsors! See the flier below. Spring Break will be the last week of March and the first week of April.
Instructional Aides Needed:
Please contact Bev if you are interested in working as an instructional aide in our special needs classrooms or preschool classrooms! (765-552-7381)
Yearbooks: NEW DEADLINE - APRIL 4th!! ONLY 15 books left to order!
Go to ybpay.com to buy your yearbooks! The cost is $13 and the deadline has BEEN EXTENDED to APRIL 4th! Use this code: 14374022. We won't have extras!
Daycare Enrollment and Preschool:
Please come in to grab a packet for next year's classrooms for our preschool and daycare classrooms!
New Students in K-2:
NEW students will follow the procedures on the flier below to sign up for next year's classrooms!
Current Student Registration:
EVERY current student (preschool threes and fours through grade two): All current students will need to be registered online by filling out this year's forms and updating any new information. See the flier below for instructions. Please call Susan for support.
Scout Buddies:
Please see the flier below for four-year-olds and kindergarten students for "Girl Scout Buddies" information. If you are interested in joining as a volunteer, contact Mary Dunn at [email protected].
Baseball Updates:
- The CPR and First Aid training for coaches and volunteers has been changed to Saturday, March 26th from 9:00 - 11:00 at Quincy Lodge. There will be a "work day" on the 26th as well from 1:00 - 4:00 at the fields.
- Today, from 1:00 - 3:00, you can take your candy money and registration money (T-Mobile grants are being accepted) to the Little League Concession Stand. There are extra candy bars if you would like to sell more.
- Background forms are needed right away from all volunteers.
YMCA Spring Break Camp:

Soccer Camp:
Check out the FREE Soccer Camp that will take place March 20-22! Fill out the form by March 16th! See below.
YMCA Cheerleading and Soccer:
See the fliers below about Spring Cheerleading and Spring Soccer at the YMCA! They will be offering payment plans, financial aid and discounts.
PTO Flower Sale:
