Volunteer in Elwood Community Schools!

Volunteering comes in many forms. Classroom assistants, coaches, mentors, chaperones, and parent groups are just a few of the ways parents, family, and community members help in our schools! 

We hope you'll consider donating some of your valuable time to our students. Here is how:

1.  Contact the Principal of the school(s) in which you wish to volunteer to find available opportunities and
     decide how many hours you would like to volunteer.

2.  Complete the Volunteer Information form AND a Criminal Background and Sex and Violent Offender 
     Registry Check. Select type:

    Volunteering 8 HOURS OR LESS in a school year?

 All limited background checks expire on June 30 each year. Allow 1 week for processing and approval.

       Select "Volunteer" type. Payment of $16.95 required. Valid for up to five years. 
       Allow 2 weeks for processing and approval.
